Joining the Uechi Ryu Karate Club
If you wish to join the Uechi Ryu Karate Club, please do the following:
1. Read the [Course Policy]
2. Print, fully fill out and sign the [Confidential Evaluation Sheet]
3. Pay your $15 dues. (Note: You may attend up to 2 classes without paying, however dues are required on the third class)
